Power Plant Relocation
Remaining Life Assessment
Measurement of equipment to determine the current condition and how long the equipment can operate so that replacement or repair planning can be done on time. Measurements are performed using special tools that suitable with the parts of the assessed equipment.x
Retubing
Replacement of boiler tubes by cutting and replacing pipes that have deteriorated due to very high pressure and temperature causing thinning, expansion, and rust in the tube.
Pull In Pull Out Rotor
Periodic checks to determine the physical condition and performance of the rotor, if damage occurs, replacement can be carried out immediately. Pull in pull out rotors can be performed on various types and capacities of plants with horizontal or vertical generator positions.
Test & Diagnostic
To avoid damage of equipment and systems (predictive), tests can be carried out by measuring certain parameters and then analyzing than performing preventive measures. Test & Diagnostic can also be implemented to find the root cause of equipment failure/damage.x
Rewinding
Inside the stator of a generator there are coils that can be exposed to performance degradation due to continuous operation to meet system needs. Rewinding can be done when the coil is loose or aging.
Retying
To maintain the gap between wadges in the generator stator winding, retying is performed to prevent partial discharge which can cause the occurrence of hot spots to cause fatal breakdown.
Retrofit & Recovery
Restoring equipment to its original condition by conducting a thorough assessment of the equipment and analyzing to determine necessary improvements. Retrofitting can also be done to keep the equipment systematically in synchronized when there are software and hardware updates.
Minor Overhaul
Maintenance of sub-systems of power plant with the scope of performing inspections includeing checking, maintaining, and replacing spare parts within a certain period of time to ensure optimal performance.
Major Overhaul
Detailed maintenance and in-depth, usually performed every few years or even less frequently, depending on the specific needs of the equipment. At this stage, it is possible to replace major components, such as turbines, generators and other critical parts, that have suffered significant damage.
Low Speed Balancing
Testing and calibration of the turbine that has been maintained to determine the characteristics and vibrations so that adjustments can be made before the turbine is run at high speed.

Reblading
Modifying or replacing blades to restore the shape of turbine blades that have degraded due to aging. Expert welder competence with a high level of certification is required to perform reblading work.
Power Plant Relocation
The transfer of one or all power plant systems to another electricity system with the objectives to maximize generating assets. Identification of the condition of the machine both physically and reliability is the main key so that relocation can be carried out on time. In addition, it is supported by a technical feasibility study in the relocation area to identify civil works and transportation risks.
